This picture perfect character cottage is located in one of the best streets in Thirroul, literally 50 metres to the beach.

There is no need to drive anywhere, you can relax and enjoy everything practically at your doorstep.  Step out to the patrolled Thirroul Beach, Olympic size swimming pool, surf club, state of the art kids play park, and a recreation park just across the street.

In addition, there is the newly refurbished Thirroul Beach Pavilion, with a café on the promenade overlooking the beach. Thirroul village is approximately 100 meters away with its fine eateries, shops and pubs.

This property will offer you a relaxing and laid back holiday stay that you will want to come back to over and over again.

The property is fully fenced and safe for the kids and pets.

Conditions of Occupation:

Quiet hours for outside noise from 10pm – 8am. There is plenty of room to socialise inside.

To maintain a high standard for tenants the following conditions of occupation apply:

(a)    Use of premises – the premises are let for holiday purposes only and for the period stated on the receipt.

(b)   Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

(c)    Number of guests should NOT exceed the number stated in the Confirmation Notice unless subsequently agreed in writing or email. Additional fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the Owner in advance and these will be deducted from the bond.

(d)   Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The premises are located in the residential area of Thirroul and have a strict no party policy. NO weddings, parties or large gatherings are permitted.

(e)   Noise – Noise to be kept to a minimum. With NO outside noise from 10pm. In the event of noise complaints which result in Holiday Letting Organisation or Police call out, or should a noise order be issued, the Owner reserves the right to immediately evict the Tenant and retain the whole of the bond.

(f)     Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss – the Tenant is responsible for the tenant’s personal property. The cost of repair or replacement of any item in the premises or the premises itself due to damage and/or breakages will be deducted from the bond and may include additional charges.

  1. 48 hour cooling off period

  2. Please report any issues that arise during your stay so we have an opportunity to rectify it

  3. Owner will not be responsible for any loss of enjoyment due to bush fire, storm activity, power failure, beach erosion, excessive seaweed or any other commonly recognised force majeure event.

  4. This agreement is governed by the laws of N.S.W.
