The location

Coalcliff is a historic coastal village, known for the iconic Sea Cliff Bridge, the highlight of the Grand Pacific Drive, frequented by tourist walking along this picturesque coastal road. Also popular for a local surf beach and a 25-meter-long saltwater rock pool. The beach is patrolled from September through April.

There are fabulous patrolled beaches all along the coast, the closest being Stanwell Park Beach to the North, Scarborough/Wombarra Beach and Pool, just on the other end of the Sea Cliff Bridge.

Bald Hill lookout, one of the world’s great coastal sites, is famous for its Hang Gliding all year round. Why not combine this experience of a lifetime with your holiday break?

For families, the Symbio Wildlife Park in Helensburgh is a must to visit, great fun for all ages to interact with zoo and farm animals. The children will love the new adventure playground and the splash park as well.

The recently restored Clifton Imperial Hotel is a must to visit for excellent food and drink in beautiful heritage surroundings.

The renowned Scarborough Hotel is also worth visiting for breakfast and lunch, with its’ stunning outdoor restaurant.

Conditions of Occupation

Quiet hours for outside noise from 10pm – 8am. There is plenty of room to socialise inside.

To maintain a high standard for tenants the following conditions of occupation apply:

(a) Use of premises – the premises are let for holiday purposes only and for the period stated on the receipt.

(b) Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

(c) Number of guests should NOT exceed the number stated in the Confirmation Notice unless subsequently agreed in writing or email. Additional fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the Owner in advance and these will be deducted from the bond.

(d) Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The premises are located in the residential area and have a strict no party policy. NO weddings, parties or large gatherings are permitted.

(e) Noise – Noise to be kept to a minimum. With NO outside noise from 10pm. In the event of noise complaints which result in Holiday Letting Organisation or Police call out, or should a noise order be issued, the Owner reserves the right to immediately evict the Tenant and retain the whole of the bond.

(f) Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss – the Tenant is responsible for the tenant’s personal property. The cost of repair or replacement of any item in the premises or the premises itself due to damage and/or breakages will be deducted from the bond and may include additional charges.
